The holiday-villa Mendule is in Budva (Montenegro). The unique panorama with dream visibility on the turquois blue sea, the islands, the dreamed solitary bays and the fantastic city Budva makes possible recovery pure.

The villa consists of two separate houses constructed to each other at best south west situation.

 Each house offers place for 4 till 6 persons.

In the generous idyllic garden, you experience an enthused atmosphere, without through traffic. 

Besides the impressing arbor, the own Swimmingpool with outside shower, surrounded of terracotta couch areas, our guests can enjoy its vacation in full happiness on a large Terasse with exklusive grill and roofed balcony of all with sea view. 

4 own private parking lots are available free of charge to our guests.  On foot you require only 15 minutes up to the sea and  by car only in 5 minutes.

About 3 1/2 hours from Moscow to Podgorica or 1 3/4 hours flight from Zurich to Tivat, and it submerge into the Mediterranean Montenegrian climate.

 The airport Tivat is removed 20 km of Budva
